Hmm difficult, basically as Kaleeb said except I haven't had any experience with Omniescent order.
1. TOXIN - pwn fleet combat.
2. CELES - pwn close range combat (if we don't say so ourselves :P).
3. RAT - general carnage against the odds.
4. UDIE - as above but spectacuarly annoying for the enemy to boot.
5. E-R - more general pwnage.
If I could have one more I'd say BNC. They're most organised of the BoB corps we've fought in Fountain so far. Fighting BoB really is the greatest pvp challenge the game has to offer, its character building!
AHOY come close too.
Of course this alliance would be completely hopeless at doing anything other than blowing things up. Don't think any of the corps above harbour much interest in empire building. (except E-R and RAT perhaps?)

Studies have shown human beings to have sharper reflexes and better coordination after about 1 pint but only for a short period of time! 10 pints is probably a different matter though, :/

I agree with BL.
The game doesn't cater for a purely pvp based alliance. You can't really fight and do nothing else and call yourself an alliance. Being part of an alliance involves doing boring pos related stuff, erection, offence and defence. I can tell you right now Celes and Toxin hate all three things with a passion.
In theory its possible I guess. We've always made enough money to keep in tech II equipped ships and continue fighting indefinitely which is all we've ever wanted. If you could get 5 entities to do this and fly under one banner I guess you've got yourself a purely pvp alliance.
Thing is its never going to claim space and in many peoples opinions that makes the whole premise crap.
Hats off to BoB you've created an IGA empire and made it as 'pvp' as is possible given the games restrictions. You're playing the game as CCP intend, it's just that many of the corps mentioned in this thread do not harbour the same ideals.
It's a shame the game increasingly caters for alliance life and empire carebearing only but I guess it is proceeding in a logical manner.
We've always looked to test ourselves against the best and we're one of the most loathed corps in Eve as a result. In many ways we're very similar to the BoB corps, we're probably just playing for different reasons.

LOL responses like these are silly. The OP asked for no BoB corps, but there are a few posts like this, strangely enough from people in BoB. It's nice that you guys have loyalty to your alliance but is it so much that you can't put aside the ego and list off 5 other corps you respect that aren't in your own alliance?? Seriously, the fact that the OP requested no BoB corps (and subsequent people including one or two anyway) is enough respect toward you guys as it is.
As much as the majority of BoB complains when there's a lot of threads about them, it's strange to see some of them (a minority for sure) come out and do this in threads that are specifically not about them. 
They don't respect anyone else, we're all below them. 
Other than their alts in the MC of course!
